Editorial Guidelines
Last updated: May 22, 2026At Real Manifesting, we are committed to publishing practical, carefully framed, and genuinely helpful manifestation content. These guidelines outline our editorial standards and review process.
Our Mission
We believe manifestation should be practical, not mystical. Our content translates spiritual and mindset practices into accessible, step-by-step routines while staying clear about uncertainty, limits, and the need for real-world action.
Content Standards
Every article and guide we publish meets the following criteria:
- Evidence-informed — We may reference psychology, habit formation, journaling, visualization, or wellness research where relevant, but we do not present manifestation as scientifically proven to guarantee external outcomes
- Honest — We do not make unsubstantiated claims. If evidence is limited, anecdotal, spiritual, or community-derived, we label it accordingly
- Actionable — Every guide includes clear, step-by-step instructions readers can immediately apply
- Inclusive — Our techniques are designed for all backgrounds, beliefs, and experience levels
Claim and Source Standards
Claims using terms such as "proven", "scientifically", "neuroscience", "study", "research", "real results", "works fast", or "guaranteed" require a source record and careful wording. If no reliable source is available, we downgrade the claim to an experience-based, practice-based, or illustrative statement.
Community insights from Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, or other forums are treated as user language and objection research, not proof. We do not publish invented quotes as if they came from real users. When direct community material is used, the editorial record should preserve source context such as platform, subreddit or channel when applicable, date or retrieval window, and intended use.
Author Qualifications
Our content is created and reviewed against practical wellness, psychology, journaling, and personal-development editorial standards. We do not present an individual credential claim unless it can be clearly verified on the relevant author profile.
Review Process
All content goes through a multi-step review process:
- Research — Topic research drawing from appropriate sources, community questions, and internal content gaps
- Writing — Draft creation following our style and accuracy guidelines
- Editorial review — Claim review, source review, disclosure checks, readability assessment, and SEO optimization
- Regular updates — Published content is periodically reviewed and updated to reflect the latest insights
